Patient Accomodation Information
Kids Cancer Research Trust, with affiliated charities, has patient accommodation available to assist patients and/or their families needing a place to stay whilst receiving oncology treatment. There are numerous residences throughout Austrlaia, all in close proximity to metropolitan hospitals in Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, and South Australia.
Each residence has two to three bedrooms, and is avaiable for up to six persons to stay at any given time. The duration of the stay may range from short-term (a few days - a few weeks) to long-term (weeks - months).
The maintenance and ongoing serviceing of the accommodation will be provided by the Kids Cancer Research Trust and volunteers, with assistance of staff at the nearby hospitals.
Our aim in presenting the properties is to provide a dignified, private, and relaxed accommocation environment for the family and patient during their particular treatment time.
